All our V.I.P. Petfoods range can be fed to dogs, and our VIP Paws Fresh 1kg and 3kg Pet Mince, or our V.I.P. Paws Fresh 1kg Chicken Mince products can be fed to both cats and dogs.

Like people, our furry friends need the right mix of nutrients to stay healthy. This includes things like protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. 

When it comes to choosing your pet's main food, look for a label that says it's "formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by AAFCO or FEDIAF Dog or Cat Nutrient Profiles." For puppies or kittens, make sure it's labelled as suitable for growth. This nutritional adequacy statement means the product provides a complete and balanced diet. 

Our V.I.P. Petfoods® dog rolls and meatballs will be complete and balanced and are intended for dogs only. These can be fed as your dog’s main diet.

Our V.I.P. Petfoods® raw meats/minces and raw bones will be intended for complementary feeding only and should make up no more than 10% of the pet’s total diet.

Our raw meats, minces and bones foods are best fed in addition to either other pet foods labelled as complete and balanced (such as wet or dry foods), or a wide range of other ingredients that form a complete diet if their diet is raw based (such as raw bones, organ meats, fruits, and vegetables amongst others). If you are formulating your own diets using our V.I.P. raw meats, minces, or bones, we always recommend seeking guidance from your attending veterinarian as what may seem healthy for a human diet is not always appropriate for our furry friends.

Include our raw meat or mince options as a tasty addition to your pet's regular meals or as part of a raw diet with other wholesome foods like fruits and veggies. If you're creating your own pet diets using our VIP Petfoods® raw meats or minces, it's always a good idea to consult your vet for guidance as what's considered healthy for us humans might not be ideal for our furry friends.
